Please note that we retain this data for a period of time for the purpose of needing it if necessary for the relevant authorities in your country.
We continue to store data unless you delete it.
You cannot delete issued invoices.
In case of platform malfunction for any reason, the platform will compensate you for this malfunction by extending the subscription period according to the duration of the outage.
You are not entitled to request a refund after completing the payment process, whether for subscribing to the platform or otherwise.
Important note: The platform is not responsible for any content added by subscribers, and the responsibility lies with the entity that added it.
